The Nominating Committee is responsible for soliciting and receiving applications and slating candidates for elected offices.

Per our Constitution & Bylaws, Article VII, Section 3 (pg. 13), the Nominating Committee shall call for nominations of all interested persons at least nine (9) months prior to the Quadrennial Convention.

All interested members are encouraged to consider seeking office. The elected members will serve for the 2023-2027 Quadrennial. The Guidelines and Instructions, documents and forms necessary for a complete application can be accessed below. All aspirants must submit the completed nominations form postmarked by January 25, 2023, by 12:00 midnight to the Nominating Committee via certified mail to the WMS Headquarters ATTN: Nominating Committee, 1134 11th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.
